Chinar Saad Abdullah told Rudaw, “The points which are not easy for either party to implement must be reviewed, particularly those that involve ideological conflicts. For example, the issue of dealing with Baghdad and neighboring countries, and issues related to running the government. We either have to reach a [new] agreement, or we have to loosen the knots for each other to operate outside the agreement with a little more freedom.”
